I worked with Keith in a highly technical environment when Keith was at BJC and I was at Paric Corporation. I found Keith to be very technically competent and represented the owner's and stakeholder's interests well without sacrificing good business ethics and practices. That is not to say that Keith didn't demand excellence, but he had a practical understanding of the various aspects of the work and maintained a solution oriented position with his various vendors and contractors. Keith is a project manager who handles every aspect of the job, not only with accomplished skill, but also with an understanding of the particular needs of each project.
